Yesterday was my official two year anniversary in NYC. For me, it seems hard to believe. When I was in college I dreamed of living here and the life I would have. Now that I am here I wonder what I will do next. There is something about living here that is incomparable to anything else (except maybe living in Tokyo or Rio de Janeiro). The main reasons for this is that no one drives, the city is up and running 24 hours, the crowds, and the insane busyness that all this creates. I can honestly say that I really love living here but yes there are moments that I wonder what the he** I am doing, but it always ends up being worth it.
My anniversary weekend falls on Halloween which is one of my favorite weekends in the city because the entire city dresses up for one big party. People seem nicer, the subway is even more of a riot and the costumes always dress to impress. Look for halloween pics next week!
